Before you write

Two things that speed up the answer

The room, not the machine

For anything air-related, the useful number is the size of the room — volume in cubic feet or metres, or just length by width by ceiling height. Sizing from the room is quicker and more accurate than us guessing from the department name.

The model code, for service

If you already have one of our machines, the code on the plate — AAS-FWC-12, AAS-AS-60 and so on — plus the invoice date tells us the version and whether it is still in warranty, without a round of questions.
